Gareth and Nick were both involved in the sale of our house. After finding a buyer they were both up to speed with the current progress at all times. In dealing with other agents this was far from the case. Both their manner and expertise in the market are a big asset.

Our experience with this estate agent was mixed. At the start of our tenancy, communication was poor — we were left without heating for nearly two months and had to constantly chase for updates, which was frustrating. However, towards the end of our tenancy, Roopa completely turned things around. Her communication, professionalism, and understanding have been exceptional. She’s been a pleasure to deal with and made the moving-out process much smoother.
