I have bought and sold a number of properties over the years, not as an hardened investor, just simple family man, I have had varying experiences, often very stressful and no doubt the source of many of my grey hairs! Right from the off they were a breath of fresh air, Harvey visited to look around and gave his valuation, not a pumped up number to get me excited, a figure which I believed to be sensible & fair, Harvey is a charming and polite chap, he has far more experience than his years would portray, he has been easy to get hold of, patient with my questions, and doggedly determined to ensure everything went well, for both myself and my buyer, which I admire. My property completed today, and I cannot praise Harvey and the Winkworth team highly enough. 100% client focused.

Having sold up in West Sussex we rented a house in Petersfield prior to purchasing a home. Being new to the town that gave us time to get to know the area and chat to local agents. Andrew at Winkworth was head and shoulders above the other agents in getting to know us and our thoughts, which evolved over several months and we purchased a delightful one-off town house via Winkworth. The whole process up to Exchange of Contracts was handled very professionally and whilst Andrew was acting for the vendors he also gave us good and balanced advice throughout the process. We exchanged in the agreed timescale without any of the usual frustrations and agreed a long completion to allow the vendors to move to their chosen property. We took took possession last week, and much to our delight the property far exceeded our expectations. Winkworth was totally professional throughout the whole process and we would use them to sell the property when the time comes.

The transaction was supposed to be straightforward, but due to the complications with various stakeholders, the sale has taken much longer than necessary. At several critical points, we thought we had lost the deal, but Tom Lewin maintained his professionalism and perseverance throughout. The sale wouldn't have happened without Tom, and I appreciate his dedication.

House moves are always stressful but Jack and his team were professional, calm and transparent throughout. We completely lost confidence in our initial buyer and Jack stepped up and found us a new buyer who was able to complete on schedule. We have no hesitation in recommending Jack and his team.
