As a first time buyer searching for the right property has been stress-full. Past 2 months we have viewed so many properties from different agencies. I rented a couple of weeks ago and it was a really good experience. It was the first flat I saw, and Emma Peruzzi was my agent and she was extremely professional and really help me in getting the administrative process quickly since I was in a hurry. Really good agency and I would really recommend if you are interested in living in this area and want a good experience since in London is hard to get

We bought our bungalow through Paul at Winkworth, Leigh on Sea. We have had first class service throughout all our dealings with him. Very professional, understanding and willing to help. We've dealt with a number of estate agents on our search, the majority of whom we couldn't recommend but Paul broke the mould. For this reason we would certainly highly recommend Winkworth.
