My property recently needed a refurbishment and Kate project managed this for me and made what could have been a stressful experience really easy for me. She was fantastic at helping me select the contractor and then dealing with the day to day of getting the work done.

Little did we know when I accepted an offer put on the table via the Shoreditch team on my flat they had marketed for quite a short time that we were heading down a six month horror path of conveyancing hell. The only way through it was to work together, united, to bring the sale to a conclusion. For that you need the human skills displayed by Evie in evaluating the tone of message to deliver between parties which require a different amount of heat, light and shade depending on timing and urgency and delivering those missives in an effective way.
