Nicole and Jack were absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process - so approachable and friendly, and I never felt like I was bothering them when I called or popped in with questions. They genuinely delivered on everything they promised. The whole service just felt so kind and personal - you could tell they actually cared about getting it right for me. Everyone was extremely professional. We mostly dealt with Harvey and he was always available, kept us in the picture and communication was excellent throughout. We rented a flat managed between Winkworth Notting Hill and Winkworth North Kensington for 4 years. We had a fantastic experience. Kylie at the Winkworth Notting Hill branch managed the property well and was always very responsive, friendly and helpful. Any snags at the property were quickly addressed. Jason at Winkworth North Kensington was friendly and reasonable each year we needed to renew the lease. The moving in (during covid restrictions) and checking out process also went seamlessly and was well managed.
