We exchanged on a flat in Maida Vale on Friday last week. We've just completed on the sale of our flat in Southbourne and Ariana from Winkworth Southbourne was excellent from the moment she took over our sale from the estate agent who had recently left. I was initially a bit worried about the change in agent but I shouldn't have been - she was absolutely brilliant. Any hiccup or bump in the road (perhaps expected when trying to sell a house during a pandemic) were immediately communicated and worked on. She was responsive, knowledgeable, articulate and personable. I really felt like she was fighting my corner and on my team at all times. We were buying a family home and there’s an emotional tag that comes with this - she offered continual advice about all aspects (both buying and selling), along with recognising and easing my anxieties about delays and set backs, which were entirely out of Winkworth’s control. If ever things felt like they were stalling or going off-course, she was there to immediately steer it back in direction. Ariana is an absolute gem and a credit to Winkworth.

We worked with several agents in the recent purchase of our first home but had the most positive experience with Winkworth Dulwich, who listed the property we bought. Our viewings were mostly with Archie, who was calm, informative and not pushy, and who learned very quickly how best to make us feel comfortable and looked after during this part of the process. After our offer was accepted we worked predominantly with Nicola, who was fabulous throughout the next stages of our purchase. We found her to be reassuring, proactive, transparent and efficient, which was so valuable as she helped us to navigate some unexpected bumps in the road towards exchange and completion. She was a pleasure to work with, and we would not hesitate to contact her when the time comes (hopefully many years down the line!) to help us to sell our home.

I just moved into the property listed with Winkworth last week. The service they provided is very good from the beginning to the end. Always respond my email and queries with professional and easily understandable answers very quickly. We didn't experience very much problems on Winkworth side as the process was very smooth. Just the reference checking company they co-operate, Blinc, may need some improvement on machine reading techniques. My ID documents were eventually recognised by their system after I tried 6 times.
