Rosella was absolutely fantastic. We took her lead on setting a guide price for our 3 double bed property we were selling, rather that setting an exact price. That guide price was close to the minimum we wanted to achieve. She expected it to achieve significantly over. Rosella wasn't wrong. Within 1 week of listing we had 10 viewings planned. Come the day of viewing 4 offers by lunchtime 2 of which were well over the price she expected it to achieve. Rosella and the team at Winkworth are personable and the communication is good. She assisted with queries promptly and gave advise on our onward journey. I would happily use again and recommend to others.

I just moved into the property listed with Winkworth last week. The service they provided is very good from the beginning to the end. Always respond my email and queries with professional and easily understandable answers very quickly. We didn't experience very much problems on Winkworth side as the process was very smooth. Just the reference checking company they co-operate, Blinc, may need some improvement on machine reading techniques. My ID documents were eventually recognised by their system after I tried 6 times.

Currently renting a property in Wimbledon through Winkworth. Stephen and the team have been highly responsive and supportive in getting all the information we needed from the landlord and previous tenant. Would recommend!
