I have been very happy with Winkworth's Kensington office, who handled the sale of my flat during the Covid pandemic. They have been so professional throughout, seeing the sale through to completion under very difficult circumstances. They pitched the price perfectly, getting several offers and finally achieving the full asking price. I had initially thought to go with a multiple agency, but they blew the other agents I had considered out of the water, with their focus and enthusiasm. My partner and I recently completed the purchase of our first house together (partners second house) and we were absolutely delighted with the service we received from Winkworth - Banstead. The help we received from Nikki was fantastic. We're also grateful to Alison for hosting the viewing and the rest of the team for taking what must have felt like hundreds of calls and messages, but always making sure the message was passed on. We felt the Communication was the most impressive aspect of Nikki's service. Several times going above and beyond, and actually passing on key information that should have been communicated by our Conveyancer (but wasn't), and consistently keeping touch with us regarding developments on both our side and the vendors. My partner and I couldn't recommend Winkworth - Banstead enough, and would certainly consider using them again in the future if circumstances were to allow for it. Really can’t rate this agency enough! As someone looking to let, I always feel a bit sidestepped when working with real estate agencies- in the past (with diff agencies) I’ve been cancelled on last minute, left at doors for a viewing that doesn’t happen, emails not being responded to, just left in the dark really… all of this being a fraught procedure haha—in the past I have purposefully gone with private landlords because of this. I was pleasantly surprised by this experience- it has been a process that has been very thorough and human- with lots of clear, helpful, personable communication, organization and calm every step of the way. So grateful for Orlando and Stephanie W who organised everything and made this an actually lovely, smooth experience. I came with a lot of questions and anxieties and they would respond very quickly and with lots of patience and insight. My boyfriend and I are moving into our absolute dream dream flat in a few weeks! And I don’t think we would have been able to without them. Thank you so much— 10000% recommend!

During the process of looking for a house I mainly spoke to an employee named Candiss, during the process she was always quick to answer any queries whether by email or phone. During the house viewing with Candiss she was absolutely lovely and really helped with any worries. Since then she has been constantly in contact regarding next steps walking us through all processes. Overall she has been wonderful and helpful and it has been a pleasure finding our next home with her. 5 stars doesn't quite cut it, I would say 10. I definitely recommend winkworth to anyone looking for their new home and unsure on where to start.

Winkworth Hackney were fantastic in helping myself, partner and friend a lovely 2 bed property in the local area. Rory in particular really understood exactly what we were looking for and went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the flat we ended up renting. Could not recommend their friendly and communicative branch enough when looking for a new property!
