We have had the best experience with Tanya. She is an absolute credit to Winkworth, I hope they take notice. I must admit we were difficult tenants, in a more-so difficult property. None the less, nothing was too much hassle and every encounter with the letting agent was a pleasant and quite often hilarious experience, even on the most testing days. Tanya was fun, friendly, respectful and most importantly personable. I couldn't state enough to reflect just how fast, competent and professional she is. We are sorry we can't deal with Winkworth further (for the time being) and would highly recommend using these guys, a quality service provided by quality people.

Only last week we completed on a house purchase through Winkworth Barnet. Matt was top class the whole way through the process. Any issue identified was dealt with quickly and with the minimum amount of fuss. Would highly recommend Matt and the rest of the team at Winkworth Barnet.

Winkworth in Banstead were absolutely brilliant in selling my brother's house for us. Within a few days of contacting Andrew he had arranged viewing for the Saturday and had a prospective buyer straight away. I had a few problems at the house which Andrew helped me with which were resolved very quickly. The offer was made and accepted within a very short space of time, thanks to the team. He and the team at Banstead were very friendly, kind and very professional. I would certainly recommend Winkworth in Banstead.

From the very start, of what turned out to be a very long process Jane and her team at Winkworth went to all costs to make sure our experience with them was as smooth as it could be. They handled everything with such professionalism and truly dedicated themselves from being to end. Helena found the prefect house for us and we could not be more grateful. I would highly recommend Winkworth and will definitely be using them when the time arises.
