My shared ownership flat was a tough sell and a stressful long-term saga, especially after one buyer pulled out at the last minute due to the prospect of WW3! But Ellie not only stuck to the task, organising the various solicitors, housing associations etc involved in the process to bring it to a successful conclusion, she also kept us as updated and upbeat as possible along the way :) If I knew anyone selling a place in Chiswick or the surrounding area, I would 100% recommend they go straight to Winkworth’s and ask for Ellie - in my experience, you’ll be very glad you did!

I had 2 weeks to find somewhere to rent, every other estate agent said they had nothing and that was that. Winkworth had multiple options and were very speedy when it came to viewings and getting the paperwork done. Very professional and lovely people, highly recommend!

I would recommend Katherine Long at Winkworths in a heartbeat. She has a great knowledge of the Highbury property market, is straight talking (no usual agent spiel) and will work incredibly hard to help you get the deal done. She helped us find our lovely family home back in 2017 and then helped us sell on that house in 2024. The process was managed so well and relatively stress free!

Excellent service! Mike Watters and Harvey Banger did a fantastic job in selling the property in under two weeks for £15,000 over the asking price. From valuation, putting a brilliant brochure together, to escorting prospective buyers round nothing was too much trouble. We were kept informed of updates no chasing needed. Would have no hesitation of recommending them to sell your property.
