We have been looking for a property in the Highcliffe / Friars Cliff area for around a year registering with all the local agents in our attempts to secure the right property. During that time Nick and Gareth in Mudeford kept us constantly informed of new properties, encouraged us to look at some we might have rejected and stayed incredibly patient when we decided not to proceed on others. That encouragement took is to a property we had rejected on face value but which we realised would meet all our needs. With some fantastic support from Mike in the Highcliffe office and Nick working hard to negotiate around issues and bring the various solicitors together we were able to complete on the property in less than three weeks from offer acceptance, just in time for Christmas. Definitely a 5 star service!

I received excellent initial advice from Simon Jacobs and we had an enquiry the moment the house was on Rightmove. The photos taken of our property showed it in its best light and were done with a normal lens, not a wide-angle, so that prospective buyers get to see what it is really like and are not disappointed when they view the real thing. We had a lot of enquiries in what could be described as a difficult market with the announcement of a general election generating wariness. Jim Heroys followed up with good advice during the negotiating stage and I also received great support from the rest of the team in the Marlborough office. I am sure that Winkworth achieved their objective by pleasing both the buyer and the seller.

Winkworth did an outstanding job in letting my property and their assistance was particularly important because I was overseas at the time. We managed to work through time differences by using email, texts and phone, and I had to rely heavily on them to report back to me regularly, cut keys in my absence and cover all aspects of the viewing and letting process while the properties were concurrently being renovated. They were diligent in following up even outside office hours in order to get the property on the market and re-let.
