I cannot praise Winkworth in Southbourne enough. They recently dealt with the sale of my property, which turned out to be more complicated than any of us thought. However, they were utterly professional in their approach to all the hurdles and made me feel comfortable all the way through. Ariana was so kind, keeping my spirits up and kept me constantly informed which meant I did not get as stressed as I could of done? Sam and Stuart helped us sell our flat. They were communicative and responsive. We secured offers quickly. However, the exchange and completion dates were not lined up appropriately and we were left in temporary accommodation with a young family. Our position of negotiation was weakened in a few instances and this did not help our situation. While I recommend Sam and Stuart, there are learnings here that I relayed directly and hope will inform the sales process going forward.
