I have been using Winkworth since 2007 to rent out and manage a property in London and I have been very pleased with the service provided by them both in managing and letting the property. I just wanted to leave a big thank you to Winkworths, and in particular Tania, who isn't even my estate agent. We were due to purchase a property from a vendor managed by Winkworths and they turned out to be really difficult for all involved. Tania handled every difficulty with complete professionalism and empathy to all parties. This process didn't work out, and we had to go our separate ways, but it's only fair to say how well this was handled. I would highly recommend Winkworths to others in future, the pain and frustration of a purchase slowly falling apart would have been much harder without them.
