We have done several deals with Winkworth particularly dealing with Mr Atkinson. His advice was always comprehensive and he took great care in serving our business needs. Winkworth's lettings department is also doing a very good job for us. Although still in its infancy stage, we feel that our relationship with Winkworth is well suited to our corporate strategy and hope that it will grow stronger as we move forward in the right direction.

If you are looking for a highly professional service to either sell or manage your property then my advice is to engage the team in Notting Hill. I am currently using their property management service and find Kylie and her team excellent.

The transaction was supposed to be straightforward, but due to the complications with various stakeholders, the sale has taken much longer than necessary. At several critical points, we thought we had lost the deal, but Tom Lewin maintained his professionalism and perseverance throughout. I am about to let my property again and Shania who came on board fairly recently, has so far been spot on with everything she had do deal with, to assist in finalising the release of the outgoing tenants' security deposit, as well as with various preparatory arrangements to make the place marketable again. We were looking for a property for quite some time in the Highcliffe area. Nick showed us around a couple of properties in our early search.
