Sarah Russell was lovely to deal with and she knew what I was looking for by way of a rental. All the paper work was handled swiftly, communication was excellent, and I picked up keys as planned a few weeks ago. There are many lettings agents that have advertised properties on rightmove and then when you turn up to view the property it is nothing like the pics and in complete disarray.
