Matt made me feel very comfortable when he was marketing the house. I found dealing with both Matt and Nigel very efficient. When I need help with finding a solicitor and house clearance they were very helpful. Anytime I called them and they were not available they would call me back relatively quickly - I did not have to chase them at all. They constantly kept me in the loop all the time. It was a pleasure to work with them.

The strong communication skills Rebecca and Linda of Winkworth have were particularly valuable as I moved from an unfurnished let to an unfamiliar area from over 100 miles away, and needed to be kept up to date to organise removal services and work well in advance.

I found the Lettings Team very thorough in how they explained the nature of the property, the surrounding area, and helped me look through every nook and cranny when searching for a property to rent. Whilst I found a property elsewhere in the end, their service was of a very high standard.
