While we were the buyers in this instance, we found Henry to be extremely responsive and supportive during the transaction process. Charlotte was great in helping us sort out the old decking in the property we rent - it got all rotten through the winter and parts of it had very scry gaping holes :( she quickly and efficiently sourced a contractor - Ren3w, who were very professional and efficient at replacing the old decking just in time for us to enjoy it this summer :)
