We recently completed on our dream home in Thames Ditton and owe a huge thank you to Debbie at Winkworth Surbiton for her professionalism, clear and trustworthy communication and readiness to always be driving things forward. Buying and selling a home can be a very stressful time, but on reflection, I think Debbie's calm, considerate and personable demeanor shielded us from a lot of these stresses, for which we're extremely grateful for.

Not for the first time, the service we received from Winkworths has been exemplary. The first time, some years ago, we weren't even their clients and the service was impressive so it was inevitable that we would use them for our latest move. From the initial contact to the final handover, we couldn't ask for any more. Excellent communication at all stages, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Handling views and handling the chain, the attention to detail and care has been impressive. For once, I can say without fear of contradiction that these guys earn their money. Thank you for making a stressful time, quite a bit less so

I recently purchased a house marketed by Jack Peet at Winkworth West Hampstead. I found Jack to be professional, experienced, and reliable, and with his assistance, we were able to exchange contracts within 4 weeks of my offer being accepted. We completed shortly afterwards. Federico and his team have proven swift and very helpful on all aspects of my rental process: from the initial description and visit of the property down to very practical help to facilitate the move-in. They are experienced, they know the area well, and they have made themselves available for important questions as well as points of detail and managing the relation with the landlord. Clearly top among the agents I have ever dealt with, and I would recommend them for a search in the W8 area.

When we decided to let our property we contacted a number of agents in the Clerkenwell area. We chose Adam Stone and his team and some 4 years or so later we have been very pleased with the service throughout. Covid has challenged most businesses however Winkworth have continued to deliver particularly with a change of tenants required some 18months or so ago. David.

We worked with several agents in the recent purchase of our first home but had the most positive experience with Winkworth Dulwich, who listed the property we bought. Our viewings were mostly with Archie, who was calm, informative and not pushy, and who learned very quickly how best to make us feel comfortable and looked after during this part of the process. After our offer was accepted we worked predominantly with Nicola, who was fabulous throughout the next stages of our purchase. We found her to be reassuring, proactive, transparent and efficient, which was so valuable as she helped us to navigate some unexpected bumps in the road towards exchange and completion. She was a pleasure to work with, and we would not hesitate to contact her when the time comes (hopefully many years down the line!) to help us to sell our home.

This was my first time selling a property, and we were doing so at a particularly stressful time (newborn baby and family bereavement) but Sean and the team were fantastic at helping us through the process. We really appreciated how available he was for our questions, knowledge about the market as well as transparency. Thanks again Winkworths team!
