I recently bought through Winkworth Northampton and was extremely impressed by the service given. Ian was unbelievably helpful, resolving some issues with a difficult vendor in a quick and friendly way, really going "above and beyond". I've used a few estate agents in my time, but Winkworth stand out as the best I've experienced.

I have had a really good experience with this office throughout my tenancy, everyone who I dealt with was friendly and professional. Mariola, who I was in contact the most, was great at managing the property – always helpful and very responsive. I really felt like she was willing to go the extra mile for the tenant and that is greatly appreciated. Would give six stars if I could 😊

If you're thinking of using a decent agent, look no further. Use Winkworths in Cheltenham! This was my first experience with them, and I have to mention Amy Wright who has been excellent throughout. She provided a very thorough, professional and personalised service for us. Second to none.
