Have just completed having engaged Winkworth with the job of marketing our property. They submitted a valuation at the higher end of the spectrum and achieved beyond that by a significant margin. Impressed throughout, all viewings taken by experienced agents who knew the market and our house. Andrew was our lead agent although our less frequent interactions with Marcus were equally impressive. I would not hesitate to use again although hopefully not for a while!

I rented a property from Winkworth for the final year of my undergraduate degree and from start to finish we had an excellent service. The contract signing process was smooth and efficient and we were assisted with all the questions we had. Any times issues arose Denise was on hand with a solution. Unfortunately during our tenancy the ceiling collapsed due to building works going on. Of course, this was nothing to do with Winkworth but in the aftermath the service we received was fantastic. Denise worked tirelessly to relocate us to a suitable property and ensured we received the compensation we deserved for the poor quality of service the landlord was offering. Denise turned what should have been a very stressful experience, particularly during exams, into a much more manageable one. If you're looking to rent a property in Bath, I could not recommend Winkworth and Denise enough.
