Had a few of the usual (and unusual) hiccups within the chain but Mike managed to keep everyone informed and stepped in where necessary to keep everyone on track. Stephen Rothwell of Winkworth Wimbledon has been a refreshing aspect of an otherwise challenging experience. Looking for a property is always stressful especially with this being my first; and so, when you encounter agents that are not just agents, but human beings, not just seeing you as commission but a fellow person, in need of help and a positive experience, meeting someone like Stephen reminds one of how the standard should be. Toby and his team at Winkworth B&H have been the best company I have ever moved with. Toby is always calm and cheerful, yet realistic. And he is a brilliant negotiator. We only ever wanted this one property, we looked at nothing else, and now we are here! Toby led us to all the trades we needed, for our existing and new property, he even lent us his broadband router as no broadband here. We also worked with the helpful and informed solicitor Toby recommended from his own house move. The team behind Toby always knew who I was and what was happening, or would quickly find out. Everyone seemed to be on the same page. Winkworth were selling the place we wanted hence we went with them. Not an obvious choice as we live in Kemptown village, and Winkworth are in Hove.
