Winkworth Estate Agents were representing the seller of the flat I purchased earlier this year and I originally dealt with Helena and then George Webb competed the process. I have to say both Winkworth reps were amazing. George was outstanding with his customer service, going the extra mile at every opportunity and there were quite a few frustrating challenges and delays with the process, none of them due to Winkworth I may add, however George supported myself and the seller fantastically. Communication from George was spot on. He was professional yet empathetic from the moment I spoke to him and as it was a 300 mile move for me and rather emotional changing every aspect of my life, I really appreciated his time, kindness and support.
