I requested to move in earlier than the original proposed date, and they professionally arranged for me to rent the property 3 days sooner. This saved me from having to move my belongings into temporary storage and then move them again — a huge stress relief. Their application process was also very straightforward and reasonable, especially helpful for me with a shorter credit history. The only thing I can say about the whole team at Winkworth Banstead is that they are absolutely amazing! Really amazing! We found our home through them and moved 2 weeks ago and we are still so grateful for their integrity, honesty and genuine care throughout the process! As soon as you speak to any of the team you know straight away they are experienced and professional. We can’t thank Andrew, Richard and Alison enough - they made our dream happen and we know that had the house been on the market with another agent we may not have got it!
