Henry and the team at Winkworth Farnham did a great job on our property sale. Their valuation was not the highest one we received, but it was the one which felt most realistic. Once we began marketing the property, they were highly professional. We received an asking price offer within two weeks and, though there were a few hiccups along the way, ultimately a sale completed to the original interested party.

Nicole assisted me during my rental search and really stood out from other agents I dealt with. She was reliable, friendly, and focused on building a relationship rather than treating the process as purely transactional, which is rare among rental managers these days.

I cannot speak highly enough of the service we received from Winkworth Hellesdon. From the first call I had with Andy regarding selling our family home of 40 years (one of the oldest properties in the village) to completion, I could not fault the team at Winkworth (Andy, Daryl and Rachel). They were much more enthusiastic about selling the property than other estate agents (we had 3 local agents in to assess the property); this along with competitive fees made it a very easy choice for us which we did not regret. The write-up advert and photos for the house on Right Move was comprehensive and captured the character of the property (a critical component when selling property) and we were subsequently informed/guided every step of the way during the selling process (from pricing, would-be buyers, solicitors, progress on the sale.....right through to completion.....in fact, I got quicker updates regarding the sale from Rachel than I did directly from our solicitors). Highly recommended.....and a belated thank-you to the team.

What a great experience at this wonderful agency. I dealt with Fin who was a great communicator and really honest throughout the process of our house sale. Honesty and good communication is really hard to come by these days. I would definitely use these guys again.
