From The start of our purchase Andrew & the team at Banstead Winkworth were professional approachable and consistently calm & facts driven. We all know buying & selling can be extremely stressful but the whole team at Winkworth kept everyone in their seats. Bad agents … slow solicitors we had it all in our chain but Winkworth kept us all moving forward. We got there in the end but in no small part to these guys who went that extra mile for the whole chain: I recommend them whole heartedly whether selling or purchasing!

Bought and sold my house through Winkworths, I had a great experience with Nick and Gareth, They were both really knowledgeable, easy to deal with, and always kept me in the loop. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. Charlie is brilliant. As is his colleague David. They sold our flat in record time and for a great price. Then helped me find and buy a new flat which was a dream come true.
