When the sale on my investment property fell through Harriet stepped in and found a tenant to move in very quickly, which was just what I needed as there was still mortgage and service charge payments required on a monthly basis, resulting in negative cashflow. Excellent real estate agency!! Their lettings manager Jenny Wintermeyer was very effective, kind, reliable and went out of her way to cater for all the specific needs we had as tenants. I would have rated Winkworth maximum score it if wasn’t for their reference checking process which they outsource to a company named goodlord. That process was run very ineffectively by goodlord and I hope Winkworth will change provider soon. Kudos again to Jenny for being a master matchmaker between tenants and owners!
