We had a relatively good experience with Winkworth Dulwich. It was a bit slow on communication during the viewing process but once our application was in the management team did a sterling job at overseeing and assisting us with getting everything in order and moved in to the property.

I recently chose to rent my property in Northampton. I chose 3 agents to come round and value the house for rent and discuss the services they could offer. Winkworth were far superior compared to the other agents. They were very supportive in helping me get the house ready for renting and the fees are very competitive. All the staff are kind, helpful and knowledgeable. There was a little hiccup in the first few days after my tenant moved in but this was sorted swiftly. I highly recommend Winkworth’s to anyone choosing to rent their house.
