I would give 10 stars if Google allows me. Excellent agency. We were tenants for more than 2 years unfortunately for working purposes we've to move away from London and we couldn't continue renting with Winkworth. Every time where we needed something or any issue they responded very quick and sorted in 24 hours. Alex was very kind with us and very professional and Faraz as well. Overall I fully recommend to be a tenant with this agency, you will feel very lucky.

The only way through it was to work together, united, to bring the sale to a conclusion. For that you need the human skills displayed by Evie in evaluating the tone of message to deliver between parties which require a different amount of heat, light and shade depending on timing and urgency and delivering those missives in an effective way. It's easy to give five stars when everything has been easy tougher and more worthy when it's been difficult

Sarah Russell was lovely to deal with and she knew what I was looking for by way of a rental. All the paper work was handled swiftly, communication was excellent, and I picked up keys as planned a few weeks ago. There are many lettings agents that have advertised properties on rightmove and then when you turn up to view the property it is nothing like the pics and in complete disarray. This was not the case with Winkworths. As I had also seen another property a few months prior. So more than happy to recommend. Also Sarah has such a friendly and professional manner.
