I was a bit sceptical about selling through Winkworth - I had always been under the impression that they were only interested in taking on the 'more exclusive' properties, but I quickly found out how wrong I was. Matthew and the team at Deeping were friendly and approachable. They listened to me, and produced such a fabulous brochure of my property details I actually cried! They quickly got viewings set up for me, and on most occasions, showed prospective buyers round too, which made everything less stressful for me. Communication was also excellent in every way. The whole process of selling my property was made so easy for me by Matthew and the team, without whom I think I would have been on the market much longer than I was. After putting our house on the market Winkworth's rapidly found us an interested buyer at an excellent price. Unfortunately the buyer pulled out but Winkworth's soon found another buyer, even though the market had cooled considerably. They provided an invaluable communication route between ourselves and the buyer through what turned out to be a rather drawn out legal process, maintaining a friendly and considerate approach throughout.
