It is now not much longer than a month that I have started to rent with Winkworth. Everyone has been truly available, transparent and helpful throughout the process and I am really grateful as I have had my-self (as pretty much everyone else in London!), not so good experiences with letting agencies. My wife and I took a stroll up Chamberlayne Rd in Kensal Rise to various estate agents in search of a new flat to let. Fabian from Winkworth listened to our requirements and was able to show us a property on the spot, not wasting our time with suboptimal properties. Moving is stressful, and the process from offer to signing the contract always takes longer than you want it to, but Fabian brought a sense a calm and reassurance throughout.
