Great service from Toby and his team at Winkworths Hove. We used them to sell my parents flat which was made complex by the leasehold having only 62 years left. They made the process very simple and lead us through each step. We were also able to leave the keys with Toby and he would let various tradespeople into the property which made our lives alot easier as we live 2 hours from Hove. I thought the experience was going to be very challenging but Toby and his team took the pain out of the whole process. Highly recommended.

We recently purchased a flat through Winkworth CP, and I cannot recommend them highly enough—particularly James Jenkinson, who was absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process. James maintained clear and consistent communication with us at every stage. E.g Accepting last minute calls, very fast to respond over WhatsApp, making a point to regularly drop in for updates and always communicating updates and processes clearly. He also liaised effectively with our solicitor, ensuring that everyone remained aligned, which was critical given the tight stamp duty deadline we were working against. Thanks to his diligence and competence, we managed to complete just in time—something that we did not expect to achieve. Beyond his professionalism, James was also a pleasure to work with. He brought a friendly, optimistic energy to the process and demonstrated a real commitment to achieving a positive outcome for all parties involved. In short, James, and Winkworth CP, exemplifies exceptional customer service and professionalism. We recently bought a house in Highcliffe through Winkworth after moving from Australia. Nick was fantastic, very knowledgeable and patient with us. The house purchase process is very different in the UK than in Australia, and Nick kept us informed at every stage. Unfortunately, due to our recent relocation to the UK, our mortgage application was substantially delayed, and Winkworth were fantastic at keeping the communication open between us and the vendors so that we didn't lose the house. I hope to be in my current house for many years, but if I ever needed to sell, I would use them...

We had such a great experience with Winkworth Wimbledon. We especially appreciated Stephen and Syed for their help. At the first viewing, Stephen was so positive and encouraging. Without him, we may never have put in the offer that landed us our dream flat.
