This ranged from assistance with house clearance, contract terms advice, keeping a steady head and providing calm, practical and appropriate advice when appropriate. Multiple viewings were arranged and managed by them in the first couple of weeks, and one of those who viewed made an acceptable offer (during which process Ben again provided sound advice) with the sale then moving on to a straightforward exchange and completion. During the sale process Debbie and Ben again assisted, with buyer visits to the (then vacant) property, in keeping communication flowing and even with taking the final meter readings for me.
