Got an Appraisal booked in with the guys at Winkworth They were incredibly knowledgeable about the area and property, giving a very professional service and experience. They left us with a great impression and seemed very driven. I have used many agencies in London, Had terrible experiences with the likes of Foxtons and Knight Frank. It was a prolonged process but Andrew was very helpful and patient with the communications with the seller and solicitors. I am glad we worked it out together.
