We recently bought our house through Winkworth’s. It wasn't plain sailing, with many delays due to issues outside of our control. Kim in particular was fantastic - always available to speak to or via email. Always kept us updated & kept me sane even when I felt the purchase may not happen! I genuinely couldn't have asked for more and am very grateful that she was on board to deal with issues when things looked bleak. It was a fantastic service from Kim and the team and I can highly recommend them. I wouldn’t use any other agent. Thank you Kim for all your hard work - we got there in the end!

We've just completed on the sale of our flat in Southbourne and Ariana from Winkworth Southbourne was excellent from the moment she took over our sale from the estate agent who had recently left. I was initially a bit worried about the change in agent but I shouldn't have been - she was absolutely brilliant. Any hiccup or bump in the road (perhaps expected when trying to sell a house during a pandemic) were immediately communicated and worked on. She was responsive, knowledgeable, articulate and personable. I really felt like she was fighting my corner and on my team at all times. We were buying a family home and there’s an emotional tag that comes with this - she offered continual advice about all aspects (both buying and selling), along with recognising and easing my anxieties about delays and set backs, which were entirely out of Winkworth’s control. If ever things felt like they were stalling or going off-course, she was there to immediately steer it back in direction. Ariana is an absolute gem and a credit to Winkworth.

This is not the first property i have rented. I am happy with the agency, I have lived in the property for 5 years now. If there is a problem with the property they always resolve it very quickly. Lonnie always helps with all the paperwork and I recommend the agency to anyone looking to rent.

Justin and the team steered us through a challenging house sale with humour and professionalism. They always return calls when they say they are going to and gave feedback on viewings straight after they had happened - good and bad. We owe Justin a personal big thank you for for everything that he has done above and beyond. We are not planning to move house again for a long time (hopefully) but would definitely recommend Justin and the team to prospective sellers.
