I’ve been renting with Winkworth for the past 2.5 years. All along the process, they were extremely professional, quick to respond and always friendly. They never needed to be chased, they would chase you to get the issues resolved. Everytime something would go wrong with the property, I would have it sorted within 24 hours. They go above and beyond to make sure their tenants are happy. Big shout out to Natasha, Kayleigh and Ian. Strongly recommend them.

Having tried another local Farnham agent initially who were unable to generate any traction I moved the sale of my mother’s house to Winkworth Farnham. I wish I’d done it sooner and their service levels were night and compared to the previously instructed agent. Jamie Solis handled the instruction and his feedback and responsiveness was nothing short of impressive. The sale took longer than I would have liked but I attribute that to the fact the sale was in a chain and the market was not great. As the house was vacant I put all our trust into Winkworth and they were nothing short of exceptional.
