"We've loved living here, the street is really calm and quiet and the neighbours are really lovely! Everything's a short stroll away, local shops (with everything in them!), cafe's and the parks especially. Having Downhills and Lordship so close has meant that we became a lot fitter than we were before. The draw of the park in the morning and the evening has been a real plus for us.

Having moved here from Hackney, the studios, farmer's market, community spaces and great music venues over at Five Miles brewery and studios have been a big part of our life here and something we really appreciated having close by. We would regularly go there on the way/way back from the canal which gives amazing access to Walthamstow Wetlands nature reserve and Springfield Park if you like a slightly longer run.

There’s a lot of interesting stuff nearby from the Beavertown Brewery to various craft beer bars, restaurants and cafes, more and more things seem to be opening up all the time. The nearest high street, West Green Road, is a very vibrant part of the local area with lots of interesting and unusual independent local businesses and is one of the main places where the local community mixes. It has a very authentic feel which can be hard to find in other parts of London these days. There is also a library and a swimming pool with sauna and steam rooms within a 10 minute walk.

Dalston, Stoke Newington, Crouch End, Walthamstow and Alexandra Palace are all just short bus rides away, and Hampstead Heath is surprisingly accessible on the Overground (17 minute train ride).

We've really loved the place, but it's the apartment itself that we'll miss the most, the warmth of the light all around the apartment and the comfort of the space has been really great. We've taken great interest and joy in opening the space up and gradually revealing all the character of this beautiful building".
