Our favourite thing about the flat is the lovely lounge which gets the sun for most of the day and is extremely cosy in the evenings. We also love the private garden, which we had landscaped in 2016. It is a real oasis and the patio gets the sun all day in the summer, we have enjoyed many BBQ’s here!, we have also really appreciated the fact the kitchen is large enough to enjoy cooking in and has a table to sit and eat at.

There is a great local pub around the corner on Westbury Avenue and a new cafe opposite with lovely owners. Green Lanes is a hub of excellent Turkish food restaurants, and there are a host of new cafes and bars, at the weekends there is always live music on somewhere along Green Lanes, so no need to travel far for great food, drink and music venues.
