I’m now in my second year of renting a student property through Winkworth. Although we had a few ups and downs in the first year, mainly due to repairs needed to the roof, our experience this year sp far has been fantastic thanks to the wonderful Leah. Leah has been amazing throughout. Any issues we’ve raised have been dealt with quickly, and she’s even come round after work to make sure our shower was working! Her dedication, kindness and willingness to go the extra mile really make a difference. Most importantly, she treats us with respect and never makes us feel like we’re “just students”, which unfortunately can be the case elsewhere.
