We just completed on our flat purchase as buyers working with Nathan. Overall we had a great experience and would wholeheartedly recommend this branch. We thought Nathan was head and shoulders better than most of the agents we’ve encountered from other agencies. For starters, we found the selection of properties very well curated and Nathan was able to suggest several appropriate properties we missed online. The viewings were very well organised, and his style was both respectful and helpful without being pushy. The negotiation and offer process was transparent and open, and we were very happy with the approach from Winkworth (they marked the property as Under Offer and committed to no further viewings). Throughout the conveyancing process Nathan and his team were always helpful and prompt in communication, both when dealing with genuine crises (last minute rescheduling of surveyor) and smaller requests and questions that we had as first time buyers. Overall, we couldn’t have expected any better.

Evie was an absolute star when I was buying my first property. Sadly, my solicitor was useless, but Evie was able to negotiate effectively between myself, the seller and the seller's solicitor so I always knew what was going on. Evie also helped me out by going to the property when the seller's solicitors answer to a query was still open ended and helped me feel reassured with their answer after going to the property itself. Leona Vize helped navigate a complicated situation regarding the replacement of a broken fridge freezer insured by Currys Care & Repair. Currys would only respond to my instructions as the policy holder. The property is a flat within a private gated community in central London. Leona had to act as a fourth party between the delivery driver, myself and the tenants. This involved lots of phone calls and rapid response as the drivers wouldn't wait more than 15 minutes to get access to the property. The delivery failed twice but we got there on the third attempt. Leona was efficient, polite and definitely went above and beyond. She even provided her own number to facilitate planning of the delivery.

Finding a house is not an easy process at all. It turned out to be a very long and exhausting journey for us, filled with a lot of ups and downs.
