I chose Winkworth initially due to the courteous and sensitive way that the sale was handled by Aaron Watson. Subsequently the sale was managed by Dom Davis. In all aspects of the process, Dom worked tirelessly to negotiate between myself, solicitors and buyers. The communication was excellent with weekly updates, help and advice, addressing concerns and always taking and returning calls. Due to his hard work, the sale went through from offer to exchange in a remarkable 11 weeks. I cannot thank the team enough and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Thank you Sophie for just making the process of buying our first home as stress free as possible! Sophie has been on it with communication, gone above and beyond to guide us through what to expect, given us as much of her time as we have needed and has also really kindly given us recommendations on the area. I know we're buying now, but we'd definitely also sell via Sophie - she's a joy to work with!

We dealt with Winkworths as purchasers. Dominic and Sophie stood out compared to other estate agents that we encountered for their professionalism during viewings and during the purchase process. They did a great job representing their seller but also helped us with queries and generally acted to keep the process running smoothly.

I was very happy with the sales process from start to finish with Sophie's help. Always responded promptly to any questions and was very helpful in getting us a good offer too in a tricky sales market. We rented our flat through Winkworth for many years before deciding to sell and were very happy with the service from Maddie on the lettings side too.

Maddie was responsible for managing my rental property for the last 18 months. I always found her to be very helpful, friendly, personable and efficient. With the assistance of Esther, she responded to my queries and handled all matters arising from the tenancy very promptly and professionally. She was also clearly very good at liaising with the tenants. I recommend both Maddie and Esther very highly. A big thank-you to you both! Sophie has just led on the sale of the property. I also found her to be helpful, friendly, personable and efficient. So thank you to you too, Sophie! On a general point, over the approx. 9 years that I used Winkworth, I found that Mark, in particular, offered me pragmatic and realistic advice. He may not necessarily have said what I wanted to hear, compared to other local agents, but he was invariably proved to be correct. Thank you to all at Winkworth for all your work for the best part of a decade.

From the very beginning Maddie managed our two + years renting with a level of professionalism and kindness that we didn’t know was possible! Maddie was always quick to respond and prompt when attending to various jobs that needed attention. She was polite and accommodating to our schedules and busy household! And all of the tradespeople she organised for the works were also of a high calibre. Maddie is an asset to any team and a true blessing to any tenants she meets in her future.
