Last Tuesday evening saw the Winkworth Marketing, IT and Operations teams head down to Park Lane for the annual Negotiator Awards, where we’re pleased to announce that we won Gold for the Property Website of the Year!

This is a fantastic achievement for Winkworth as there was a lot of very good competition present, and comes following the launch of the new website in March earlier this year.

The site that you see today is the 12th version of the Winkworth website. The Marketing and IT teams work constantly to ensure the website is as up to date as it can be.

Key features of the Winkworth website are:

  • - Award winning!
  • - Award winning blog
  • - Over 7,000 registered users on MyWinkworth
  • - Personalised Alerts
  • - Over 8,000 live properties at any one time
  • - Attracting 250,000 visitors from UK and abroad every month – a figure growing by 11% year on year
  • - Fully mobile optimised
  • - Individual websites for each office

Over the years we have realised that independent estate agencies simply cannot compete with the statistics and feature updates that the Winkworth website achieves.

We have several key professionals who manage the website on a daily basis – again something that is just not possible either financially or time-wise for an independent business owner.

Upon joining Winkworth you can benefit from the website from day one and not have to worry about it – all you have to do is upload the properties you get on to your books. We will take care of everything else, freeing you up to do what you do best – sell and let properties.
