Winkworth expands into North London hotspot Tottenham

The new office, located on West Green Road just off Tottenham High Road, strengthens Winkworth’s presence in North London and reflects the continued growth of the network. The office will cover Tottenham, Edmonton and Seven Sisters, with Jake Strubel leading the team as Area Manager and Michael Georgiou heading up lettings.

The move into Tottenham builds on the team’s existing success in the area, where they had already been generating strong levels of business. With its combination of relative affordability, strong transport links and growing community appeal, Tottenham continues to attract buyers ranging from young professionals to families.
