National estate agency franchise Winkworth is delighted to celebrate the long-term heritage of several of its London-based offices this year.
This autumn, five Winkworth offices are reaching significant anniversaries, including: West End, which opened 25 years ago and was the first office for franchisee Charles Peerless; Ealing, which was opened 25 years ago by Andrew Gilbert and is now co-owned with Narendra Gandhi; Golders Green, which opened 25 years and was the first office for Howard Greenfield and Graham Gold; Finchley, which was opened 20 years ago, also by Howard Greenfield and Graham Gold; and Crystal Palace, which was opened 10 years ago by Calum Mason.

Two of Winkworth’s key central London offices also celebrated significant anniversaries last year; Knightsbridge and Chelsea has now been open for 46 years, and Notting Hill opened 31 years ago. Winkworth currently has around 100 franchised offices, as well as a Mayfair-based office providing a support platform for all offices.
