Once you are entirely happy we have captured the essence of what makes your home as special as it is, we can go about the important business of marketing and arranging viewings. Unlike other companies, we conduct all viewings, having got to know your home as if it were our own. By meeting buyers and answering their questions, purchasers have the confidence to take their interest further - rather than walk away from a less well conducted viewing by a part-time member of staff, with enough doubt, the line of least resistance is simply to do nothing... When we moved house last year, at each property we visited, we were met by viewing staff, who, whilst charming, were rarely on time, had enough time or knew enough about the property. Sadly, I am told this is not an unusual experience. But why' And why do we, as an industry, put all our effort into marketing (in order to attract viewings) but leave this critical part of the process to less experienced staff' It has never made sense to me. Winkworth really do see things differently. We see our clients as cherished guests, whose houses were are lucky to have staying with us for their marketing campaigns. We become very close to our clients and whilst their move is the happy culmination of our efforts, like all good service industries, we miss our clients when they move - but there are always so many charming new clients to meet, with their beautiful houses to sell...
