Recruitment - how Winkworth can help

Your staff will be an invaluable asset to your company and it’s so important to get the right people on board. The estate agency industry is saturated with negotiators, some better than others, and sifting through CVs is a time-consuming process - a task you might not want to take on when setting up a Winkworth office.

Winkworth can help in many ways with the recruitment of staff. We have recently set up an in-house recruitment department and will not only pull out relevant CVs tailored to your geographic location, role and experience, but also conduct first stage interviews for you at our office, if you so wish.

Our marketing and PR team can also help design adverts for you to put in the local press. These can be as anonymous as you would like. You can either put your contact details on this advert or our department can run the recruitment process for you.

The Winkworth website gets over 260,000 hits a month, and our live careers page is a good platform to advertise any positions you are looking to fill.

Our Head of Training Academy Emma Hogan trains an average of 35 Winkworth staff members a week, throughout the year. She will know of staff that would like to stay working for Winkworth but due to changing personal circumstance through relocation etc, are looking to move closer to home and/or move up the ladder. Emma can then help with your recruitment needs; matching individuals and their criteria with opportunities across the network.

Through our time in franchising we have seen the calibre of CVs increase on conversion from an independent to Winkworth. Although not always the case, more often than not we’ve noticed that top negotiators want to work for recognised brands in order to boost their careers quicker.
