Winkworth were one of the first estate agencies to set up a training academy back in 2011...

Today, Winkworth remains one of the very few agencies out there that continues to run an in-house training academy. All of the courses that are offered have been carefully tailored to suit every member of staff in the offices, from the day they arrive and then continuously throughout their career with Winkworth.

Every month an induction week takes place which every single individual who joins the network attends. Whether you are an administrator, lister/valuer or franchisee, on this course you will learn about Winkworth as a brand, the level to which we operate, and an introduction to current agency law and compliance.

In 2016, 117 course days were held in the Winkworth Head office which saw 855 Winkworth staff attending.

There is also the opportunity for all staff to gain NAEA and ARLA qualifications through the academy, as well as compulsory continuous professional development for franchisees twice a year.

At Winkworth we have worked hard over the years to maintain a high level of standard throughout our network of offices. It’s not just the look of the offices, but it’s the family friendly staff with their excellent customer service and professionalism, who help to do this.
