After only a few days back in the office this year it is clear that the slight lull in December has given way to a rush of very good quality purchasers hitting the market and hunting for the perfect house. Normally we would expect a little flurry on returning to the office but this year we have been arranging viewings and negotiating with purchasers from day 1 and the pace is picking up still further. Enquiries are both UK and internationally based and seem to be across the spectrum with an interesting, and marked increase, in the demand for high quality family homes. Many are capilalising on the great schools Canterbury has to offer and our high speed rail connection to London.
The first half of the 2012 is best characterised by a shortage of property stock to meet what continues to prove to be a strong demand in the market place.
