At Winkworth we pride ourselves on being a family run business. Many of our franchisees are husband and wife teams, siblings, or have their children working in the offices, and Dominic Agace; our CEO, runs Winkworth franchising having taken over from his father Simon; Winkworth’s non-executive Chairman.

Even though all of our Winkworth offices are independently owned and operated, it’s important to know that on becoming a franchisee you will also become part of a bigger, joined up network of individuals.

It is key for Winkworth that our franchisees feel they have a say and a voice in the business and we organise regular regional meetings for our directors, business owners and managers to discuss market changes, current industry topics and how we can develop.

We also hold quarterly Franchisee Liaison Forums (FLF) where we ask individuals from each region to attend our office in Mayfair to discuss any marketing, national advertising and any new centralised initiatives, as we value our franchisees feedback.
