With the Winkworth name behind us, we find that this part of the job in particular has become much easier and we now have access to some great promotional opportunities as well as being part of a national network of offices which has enabled us to grow our market share from day one. The changes that we have witnessed since joining the group are many; including a superb refurbishment for Weybridge, the opening of our new Cobham office in November, key marketing, PR and IT support, and perhaps most importantly, the ability to meet with like-minded individuals within the group who provide a sounding board for any decisions that we wish to make. For me, as a main recruiter, the most significant improvement is the quality of enquiries that we get from people who want to work for the brand in areas that we operate in. As part of the group we also have access to a network of circa 100 offices which, along with the country house department and China desk, have meant that we can reach buyers and sellers that we simply were not able to before.
