2 Minutes with Winkworth Corporate Services

With the success of the Client Services department launched a few years ago, Winkworth then went on to launch a Corporate Services Department.

Although in its infancy the department is seeing real results coming through. The department is run by Claudia Green, our Corporate Services Manager, and Laura Stott, our department’s Corporate Consultant.

What were you both doing before joining Winkworth?

Claudia - I worked in Corporate Relocation for seven years prior to joining Winkworth. I did a brief stint as a lettings negotiator too.

Laura - I came to Winkworth straight from university. I knew I wanted to pursue a career in the property sector, and luckily I chose to do this with Winkworth Corporate Services.

What does your department do on a day-to-day basis?

Claudia - We work with relocation companies, Embassies and private clients to help their clients/employees find properties around the UK. We work closely with the offices to make sure we get client requirements correct so they find a great property to rent or buy. We also support the offices by helping to manage any tricky cases or sensitive moves.

What’s the best part about working in the Winkworth Corporate Services department?

Laura - The people! We work with over 90 offices and everyone is so friendly and willing to collaborate.

Claudia - The variety of our job means that we are kept very busy and are continually learning - there is a never a dull moment in our department!
